have a serious problem with 02. googled to find 02 complaints service. saw your thread referring to 02. can you or someone help
02 have taken £758.55p from my account by dd. they have admitted it was an error on their part but have advised me that I should go to my bank and fill out an indemnity claim form and that they will then credit the amount back to my bank.
i dont have time for this and have been advised by 02 there is nothing else i can do

Advise your bank that you are contesting this sum / payment under the Direct Debit Guarantee Scheme. They should, pretty much immediately, refund the money to your account while they sort the matter with 02.
