Returning games to GAME

I want to return a game to GAME but need to clear a few things up:

1. Can i return it to ANY game store no matter which game store i got it from? I.E If i got a game in london from the oxford street store can i return it another game store?

2. Its a nintendo product and i have used the VIP card (a card that buyss you a few points online) can i still return it?

Answer to Q1 is Yes - Or I have done. You do have the receipt don't you

Yes you can return it.
GAME won't know and wont bother to check wether you've used the points card on the Nintendo site.

They may however re-sell it, and then the poor guy that tries to register his points won't get any as its been used.
But too late now.

i paid £33 pound for it and it was 'price promised' down to 37 and i had 5 off and they repaid me the whole £40!! not only did i get to play i game for a few days but i am 7 pounds up for it!!
