It says the company is the best small business to work for. Then it says they pay out over $1 per annum on perks such as beer, laundry, gym, an the like. That suggests they are not a small business to be able to afford that.
In this country workers would be taxed on those sort of perks. I'd rather have the cash so I can choose what luxury's to have.

I think its number of employees and not turnover that the competition organisers use to class a business as small.

Only on a Friday? We have a cooler full of stella bottles which people can help themselves to after 5:30pm
Course it doesn't make up for the fact that the company is a pile of poo.
