Anyone else remember Trio (Triiiiiiiiiiiiiiooooooooo) chocolate biscuits? Are they still available anywhere? I've got a craving for 'em

oh my lord, they were awful.... nasty cheap chocolate, horrible biscuit and that strange stuff between the chocolate and biscuit...why in god's name would yo want one of those?!

They were made by Burtons but I think they were discontinued a year or two back.

Description Chocolate covered biscuit bar. Recently spotted in Simpsons supermarket on the Malone road in Belfast by James Burns who says a toffee one was available as well. Rosemary Gault writes "I remember those - they were wrapped in gold foil and put in a red paper cover. Each biscuit had 3 lumps of fudge-like stuff on the top and they were then coated in chocolate, hence the name trio I suppose. I think they came in different flavours too - the red wrapper would have been for the milk chocolate edition. You could eat them by nibbling the choclate off then eating the fudge and the base, or snap them into 3."
