I scored 7, but the test is flawed (aren't they all?!) by automatically associating symptoms with what they're trying to test without considering that there may be other causes.
For example all of "Feeling sweaty or shivery", "Pounding heart or palpitations", "Needing to go to the toilet a lot more than normal" and "Feeling sick in the stomach ('having butterflies')" could all be the result of medical conditions that have nothing to with stress and many of the other questions could be likewise.
Personally I wouldn't get stressed about it!
