What solidifies with air?
A question taken from a quiz currently doing the rounds at the DVLA - name 3 substances which solidify upon coming in to contact with air/oxygen....

Some substance in blood.I can't quite remember if it is called fibrogen or not.
It is what causes wounds to clot and heal.

Hmmm...latex might be a possibility. I have to add, the substances immediately solidify, as opposed to a gradual process.
