Help Needed With C.V.
I need to get a new C.V. written, and emailed off for a job interview. Unfortunately I cant find my hardcopy on floppy, and it's been so long since I wrote a new C.V. that I cant remember the format.
So if anyone on here can help with the basic format I'd really appreciate the advice.
Many thanks in advance.
EoB.

Re: Help Needed With C.V.
Hi
there is a guide in this link
http://www.rnib.org.uk/xpedio/groups...nib002937.hcsp
- what I have found interesting was googling on 'curriculum vitae' - loads of people seem to have uploaded their CV's. If nothing else it's a way of seeing how other people have done it, as a way of picking out the best features.

Re: Help Needed With C.V.
Might be something here of use:
http://www.graduatelink.com/resources/qg_cv.htm
http://www.prospects.ac.uk/cms/ShowPage/Home_page/Applications_and_interviews/p!eefmd
My CV is on my homepage if you want to see how I've done it - not necessarily the best example though

Re: Help Needed With C.V.
Depending on your age / qualifications etc you can reverse the order
employment history
qualifications
schooling
If that better reflects the basis on which you are applying. I.e. your experience is more important than your A levels / degree. Also depending on the quality of your schooling you can shrink this into say
A Levels - English B, French C, Physics B
GCSEs - 8 including Maths B and English B (good format if the rest are Home Ec, Social Studies and other subjects considered less useful by eers).
