What I hate about BT

When I want to speak to them I have to select option 1. Then option 4. Then option 2. Then option 3. Then option 4. Then option 1. Then option 3. Then I get told they're not open on sundays.

Donkies!!

Re: What I hate about BT

LOL - and some people say how much better they are

Mind you - I had this fun with NTL about 18 months ago - I was in Scotland and rang the 0800 CS number, went through about 5 menus, got asked to enter my phone number twice during this - and when the CS person answered - her first question was ....

"what is your phone number sir" .... aaarrrggggg

BTDTGTTS

Just the other day, e-mail was playing up again, decided to phone up, and after keying in phone numbers and pressing one for this and three for that etc I *finally* get a recorded message saying "there's a problem, we know about it, we're trying to fix it" followed by an auto-disconnect
