Possibly someone is setting traps in my local park.
large piece of uncooked chicken with 3 meters of fishing line tied to a brick, of coarse the dog started eating it luckly he didn't swallow if very far and managed to puke it up again.

i got all the bits and threw it in the dog loo's on the park.

Report it to the RSPCA, they may be aware of it, and your report may help with a prosecution.
If not, it should at least cause an increase in local patrols looking out for these traps.

you will probably find it is kids/teenagers.....
around here they went through a stage of shooting cats with air rifles

I think it's time Corporal Punishment was brought back, I think a taste of the Cat-Oh-Nine-Tails would sort out those scumbags.

A while back here in luton they were shooting at the ducks and swans in the lake at the local park
