Re: Spots
do you have sensitive skin?? I do, and i used to find that washing regualarly with just water, no soap, no crappy products, nothing, was the best that i could do! didn't get rid of all of the spots but helped!!

Re: Spots
Never really had spots, even when I was a teenager. Got the occassional one, but not many compared to others. Never washed with anything more than normal soap. Used to squeeze them when they got 'ripe' enough and the left them alone. I think they are a fact of life and unless you have very, very bad acne it's probably best to just forget about them. Everyone gets them.

Re: Spots
I've never spoken to anyone who's tried this and not had success - squeeze the spot 'til it pops then apply it tiny amount of toothpaste, about the size of a pinhead. The flouride burns the bacteria and the spot will dry up in a matter of days. Re-apply each time the head returns.

Re: Spots
Stand in front of mirror, squeeze spot until mirror obliterated, apply sudocrem(nappy cream), clean mirror (so mum doesn't yell).
Don't worry about it, stuff happens. been there done that.

Re: Spots
A good after wash cream is what I used to buy when I had them.
Or a which hazel stick can be good for small areas.
If it gets really bad, then your doctor can subscribe some tablets, and at the very worst, Roaccutane is prescribed which is meant to be the solution for when they have totally taken over you.
Most of the time just using an anti grease and pore cleaning solution to help your skin breath will do the world of good.
Just apply it every night and morning and eventually they will dissapear.

Re: Spots
Drink lots of water and try not to touch your face or if you have to make sure your hands are clean. I have found Dove soap is very good

Re: Spots
Clean and clear, use it every day and they will disappear in a week, only problem is you have to continue using it or they come back
