noisy neighbour update

On going problem had environmental health put monitor in the noise dropped dramatically. I recorded some but when it was checked I was told no nusiance could be found as I would agree now the monitor is not there guess what its off again as of 6pm. looks like i will have to get them in again.

so far so good , it has been really quiet lately , mind you it took me standing toe to toe with the idiot next door to get it sorted
