Heres my method (I know its complex but bear with me
)
to do this you will need the following...
A PC
A Brain
A hand with at least 1 working finger
1) use your brain to control your hand (with at least 1 finger) to Load up your DVD burning application
2) select the files you want to be backed up
3) Burn them to disk
and there you go
a simple and effective backup solution
