Sounds like the plot of that film that won an Oscar two years ago.That was based on a true story.EXCEPT the 'bloke' in that case was murdered after the deception came to light.

I agree the sentence was derisory.But then so in many of these 'underage' crimes I always thing the sentencing is too low but I think you may be right in this case about it being a gender thing.

It was certainly a very cruel and disgusting thing to do to that poor girl.
