ufo or plane?

snapped these in great yarmouth today around 5:30pm



most likely a plane, but i've never seen that kind of thing before.

Is there a legal limit as to how many times? I believe not? I think the unofficial answer is, however long it takes the police parked surreptiously in the lay-by having a crafty fag to pull you over and tell you to stop it.
