CD row solution forces prices up
Just noticed this...

Cheers BPI - what better way to discourage people from downloading music from peer to peer networks than forcing the prices of cheap CD's up.
Well done, a master stroke if ever I saw one.

CD-Wow! currently charges £8.99 for a CD in the Top 75 albums chart, but will now have to add a £2 surcharge to any CDs delivered in the UK or Ireland from this Sunday...
|
Wouldn't this effective "price manipulation" directed at the UK and Ireland break some anti-competition laws somewhere along the way?
Cheers,
Cyrill666

Re: CD row solution forces prices up
That is just stupid. Why would it matters where a company is importing from?
