Labour (rotflmao)
Oh dear!
Quote:
ITS MINISTERS are the scourge of profiteering credit card companies. Its MPs have heroically taken a stand for the ordinary shopper, savaging the extortionate rates offered by many cards.
But the Labour Party’s own credit card levies an interest rate more than double the most competitive credit card on the market

Exactly, but the mind also boggles at who would take a Labour credit card...
Hand this over at your local restaurant if you want to be branded a champagne socialist.

Re: Labour (rotflmao)
You have to remember with New Labour that what they say only has to appear to be true. It doesn't have to be true in reality.
Maybe at the next election we should use 'virtual votes' i.e. votes which appear to be for New Labour but in reality are for another party. Which one, I leave to you.

Re: Labour (rotflmao)
Here's another good one
Quote:
LABOUR ministers sitting in the House of Lords are cashing in on an allowance worth £28,000 a year to help them to keep a second home.
The government admitted that 14 of the 21 ministers are claiming the perk even though, as members of the Lords, they do not have to serve constituencies outside London.

It's not quite what you others might imagine. Exclude the business cards think about the political and charity credit cards. It is most likely that the supporters who have these cards know they are contributing to the funds of the organisations concerned. Thus by subscribing to these cards they will be well aware they are helping to raise funds.
