New meaning to "Organ Transplant"
Guy in China lost his penis (careless, I know) - he had a transplant, he and his wife had psychological problems with it, and it was removed again (to lose one penis is unfortunate, two is careless).

as long as it works in all senses of the word, and was just as good if not better than the original, and the body did not reject it, then I don't see a problem with it.

Especially as no matter how many immune suppressent drugs and how good a body match, his body will start rejecting it, causing it to slowly die (ever seen a hand/arm transplant a year later?) I would rather not be in that position!
