last thursday O2 had a problem with its topup service, i had topped up at 12:58 pm, it was transaction sucessful, but the credit never came through.....
a short time later i recieved a text stating there were difficulties with the topup i requested and i should hear from them shortly, about an hour later i recieved a further text again, apologising for the delay as they work through system issues, an hour and half later i recieved another text apologising for the delay and the next time i hear from them i will recieve a text, 40 mins to an hour later i got my top up...
today i switched my phone on and i get another message from O2..

i know its a small amount but atleast they acknowledged it further and provided some compensation, other companies should take note...
