last thursday O2 had a problem with its topup service, i had topped up at 12:58 pm, it was transaction sucessful, but the credit never came through.....

a short time later i recieved a text stating there were difficulties with the topup i requested and i should hear from them shortly, about an hour later i recieved a further text again, apologising for the delay as they work through system issues, an hour and half later i recieved another text apologising for the delay and the next time i hear from them i will recieve a text, 40 mins to an hour later i got my top up...

today i switched my phone on and i get another message from O2..

we noticed that your topup last thursday took longer than usual to come through so tonight we'll give you £3 free calltime just to say sorry for the delay
i know its a small amount but atleast they acknowledged it further and provided some compensation, other companies should take note...

At least they gave you something, the others would have just left you, I must say that O2's customer service centre is going in the right direction.

O2 did topup my account with the £3

yep, i got a sim card just in time to hammer it for a bit, i used the £3 simcard with £33 credit on practically for free

if you or anyone else wants my number as a referal you can get £5 credit because i refered you as a freind so instead of £36 you get £41 which i have

so if anyone does pm me

Things like this make you feel more valued by a company, shame O2 are known for having the only CS worse than PCworld for contract phones.
