Can't understand why they need such huge SUVs, PUTs, Limos etc....

0.9*4.5=4.05

Thankfully Living on the Border of N.Ireland/ Rep. Of Ireland, I can scoot across and fill my car up for about 80p/ltr, in Derry there are places selling @ 99.9p/ltr.

No there are 3.875 litres in a US Gallon.
Avg UK unleaded = 98.4p Litre ( www.petrolprices.com)
0.984 * 3.875 = £3.813 = $7.07USD a Gallon so not far out.
