Re: Israel and Lebanon
Exactly, if countries like Syria and Iran weren't sturing up trouble through Hamas and Hezbollah then the area might actually have a chance at peace.

Re: Israel and Lebanon
Dunno about anyone else, but its brilliant to hear leaders say what they really want to say... Not what gets watered-down and washed through the public PR filter...

Was intresting. I like the fact that at first everyone reacted as if it was deeply embrassing for Blair and Bush until people listained to what actual was said.

Re: Israel and Lebanon
I found it a bit unnerving how Bush, one of the most powerful men in the world, can talk so nonchalantly about world politics. I really want to know what Blair bought for Bush though.

Re: Israel and Lebanon
With a little bit of diplomacy at least, 'get them to stop this sh*t' sounds like gangsta talk to me. I dunno, I just found it weird that two very powerful and influential men spoke like that about international crises.

The ongoing conflict in the Middle East between Israelis and Palestinians caused a competitor at last weekend's European-based Electronic Sports World Cup to boycott the event--because he was scheduled to play against an Israeli.
"Unfortunately, the draw put me against an Israeli player, and due to our stand against the Israeli aggression and occupation of Palestine, I raised my voice and said there was no way I was going to play against this guy," the English-language newspaper Arab News quoted 21-year-old Badr Hakeem as saying.

Not sure which is odder, this or the fact EA have a Pro Evo championship...

You wouldn't object to me adding Hamas and Hezbollah to that list would you?

Interesting that you both seem to be comparing three terrorist groups with America.
