Doesn't Australia have about 70% of the world's most dangerous spider species? And 90% of the world's most dangerous snake species? Or is it the other way around? Mind you, even today's kangaroos, especially the Reds, can be dangerous - if you get punched by a red kangaroo, you'll damn well know about it.

Somehow I think I'm having my leg pulled...Although if there can be an island of small tiny people fossils as discovered last year(and there is some thought that that's a leg pull) then I guess a flesh eating former herbivore is possible.
I can see a whole new horror genre in this...
