 If you remove the nozzle that you'd usually use for the pump, it's be quite easy to fill it - once it's at the required size, you can plug the hole just whole it dries. Hey presto! Not exactly rock hard

that sounds easier than trowel & error
- if you had to pay for it, would you get a Portland Bill?
Course if you did break your foot, you'd be rendered useless, for a while

I can understand the pain.
When I was younger we were showing off to some girls on one of those games that measures how hard you can kick a football. I took a big run up ready to blast it but completely mis-judged (down to the beer) and booted the metal part breaking my toe. Worst pain ever.
