You know I was just about to sarcastically say that it is probably against the attackers human rights ect. when low and behold there it is at the end of the report, when is the victim going to come first, saying that they will protect her and make sure it does not happen again is no good when his face is there to remind her of it everyday, this country
This is just dangerous to the young girl - end of! Why the hell does the school have to hold an enquiry when he was convicted and placed on the register?
