DWP and Jobcentreplus to be offshored?

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/4638092.stm

Well thats my job up the ****ter, still nothing new for a labour gov to lay off 30,000 of its own staff and 10's of thousands of its dependant staff.

Just how do we all feel knowing our national insurance details are stored on a system in India?
Or do we think its acceptable that our benefit claims are dealt with abroad?

I thought Mr. Brown was going to save huge amounts of money by sacking 140,000 civil servants? Ain't happened, has it?

It's not acceptable I seem to remember quite a lucrative little immigration racket being run from an Indian call centre using the clients details imagine how much easier that would be with Ni. details
Also it is one thing being made redundant because there is no longer a need for your job to be done it is totaly another tho lose your job just because someone in the third world can do it for peanuts. Its bad enough when you see multi nationals do it let alone the government.

Chancellor Gordon Brown has already announced plans to axe 104,000 jobs across the civil service to free up money for education, health, defence, housing and overseas aid.
This government praying on the disadvantaged again, so if I have this right they need cash for children, nhs fancy statues, iraq and international poverty. To pay for this they take the cash of people in poverty in their own country, dispite how you look at this the people who need DWP services are mainly in poverty and ill. Of course these people dont make a big difference come election day so they are disposable.
