Re: ITV call scentre test
They will be on hold longer than that for BT if they rang 150..... somewhere behind the other 1200+ souls holding on for an adviser

Remember Bulldog is C&W and remember how bad they were for customer service waiting times. Looks like it has not changed

Well, yes, there is that! Plus he doesn't actually work at a BT call centre!

Nope One of the C's under my avatar stands for Command And yes I can multitask, I was networking, recording our hourly figures and talking to a manager on the phone just after posting
Now I'm just skiving

Re: ITV call centre test
haha funny. But waiting time is less important then first time resolution in my opinion. As long as its a free call I can stick the speakerphone on and dont mind waiting.

Both are inmportant. Yes your call needs resolution, but all the time you are on hold, you are tied to your desk and can't do anything else. A few minutes wait is tolerable - you can't expect companies to have call centre staff sitting on their butts doing nothing on the offchance they will get a call, but waits exceeding 10 minutes says they need more staff, and says they will loose any customers who have an ability to go elsewehere.
