Three Said Hurt in Tenn. School Shooting
By DUNCAN MANSFIELD
Associated Press Writer
Published November 8, 2005, 3:35 PM CST
JACKSBORO, Tenn. -- Three administrators were shot and wounded at a high school Tuesday, and a student was arrested, school officials said.
The victims' conditions were not immediately released.
Parents rushed to 1,400-student Campbell County High School to take their children home after the shooting about 30 miles northwest of Knoxville.
Gail Parks of the county school system said three administrators were shot. A student was taken into custody, Board of Education co-chairman Homer Rutherford said.
Two of the victims were taken by helicopter to a hospital in Knoxville. The whereabouts of the third person were not immediately disclosed.
The school was locked down after the shooting, and students were evacuated and loaded onto buses. "They are searching each student as they are getting on the buses," said Roger Wallace, a driver at a pizza restaurant nearby.

Anyways. Anybody want to lay odds on how long it is before we start discussing US gun laws (or lack thereof)?

It'll help pass the time until the gun law thread arrives.

There's no mention of gun laws in the Bible (or Koran, Tora etc.) so it would be hard to have a theological debate on the issue.
Anyway, US gun laws are their gun laws (which vary to some degree according to state) so don't really apply to us. (He said, typing this in NYC )
