5 years for planned rape

Wayne Marcel, 16, admitted planning the attack for about a week before raping a 23-year-old student in an alley in Stratford, east London, last March.
Marcel was arrested after his DNA was found on two condoms at the scene of the attack in Channelsea Path.
He was sentenced at the Old Bailey on Thursday after pleading guilty to rape.

I do hope they find someway to treat his urges while he is inside otherwise he will still be a serious risk to women when he is released

Unfortunately not an option

all we can hope is that he is given some form of treatment which means he is no longer a danger to women when he is released. The extent of the physical violence he used during the attack would point to this person being a serious risk to many people at the moment.

I was on the jury of a case some years back where at teenager had goped a woman between her legs, tried to pull the trousers down off another woman who was with her daughter in a pushchair, and found pleasuring himself on hospital grounds (I suspect in preperation for another attack)
We found him guilty and it turned out he'd groped a woman before.
Sentencing was deferred for psych analysis as he obviously had serious power issues with women.
