Mystery letter from Moors Murderer Ian Brady Sought
Apparently, Ian Brady has told someone where Keith Bennett is buried.

I hope he has, it would be nice for the mum to die knowing where her son is, and he can be given a proper burial by the remaining members of the Bennett family. I have my doubts though.

Re: Ian Brady gives up location of Keith Bennett
I'm happy for his mum that is true ( i still rename sceptical that it's not a sick joke) she There will have closure at least for the poor woman she's suffered so long so many years without knowing where her son's body was the only thing i have to question is his motivation for doing this for years he's refused to say a thing he let this poor woman suffer so way now what happend to make him do this ?

Re: Ian Brady gives up location of Keith Bennett
I hope this is not another attention craving game he has often played in the past.
Saddleworth Moor is very close to where I live. I bet there is going to be some activity going on over the next few days up there.
I hope Keith's mother, Winnie Johnson, finally gets the 'closure' she has longed for to 48 years of torment.

I hope this is true it's been so long.
What's be going with this 'long term' visitor it's sounds like she has known the location for a while.

If she does know and refuses to say then put her in jail as well, then let her stay there for as long as is needed.

Re: Ian Brady gives up location of Keith Bennett
They've arrested someone on suspicion of preventing the burial of a body so maybe there is something in this...

Maggy I fear you may be correct, I hope not because after all this time the families deserve to have closure!
Even though I was a young teenager at the time of this case I still can vividly recall the images of Myra Hindley and Ian Brady that were all over the media at the time and the stories of the evil crimes they committed.

As a teenager I remember reading the testimony given against Brady in the killing of 17 year old Evans. It made my blood run cold..and as far as I'm concerned he's been in the right place ever since.I hope he rots to death.
I'm sick of the way he keeps getting back into the news every few months. It would be so much better if we just didn't talk or mention him at all thereby denying him the attention he craves.

I think the title of the thread is inaccurate, at the moment.

Re: Mystery letter from Moors Murderer Ian Brady Sought
I believe that his body was located somewhere on the route the M62 followed through Saddleworth moor and that is the real reason he could not locate it when they last took him onto the moors, but he did not want to admit to that once he realised the excavations had gone through the area and would rather continue with his mind games.
I would prefer the above to be true but we will never know as he will probably take it to his grave.

I hope i'm wrong but i think this is just another attempt to "be in control" and show that even now he can have the police scurrying around at his whim and cause pain and misery to the family of Keith Bennett.A truly evil and despicable man

Re: Mystery letter from Moors Murderer Ian Brady Sought
Put him into a normal prison for ten minutes and we can all get some sort of closure the man is a complete utter piece of scumbag trash and is lucky he didn't swing there wouldn't have been a shortage of volunteers to pull the lever. It is time this thing was forgotten and no longer listened too or taken seriously he has no interest in the familys of his victims or easing their suffering lock him in a room feed him if we must but never allow him to interact with normal people again.
