I dont care if a story is pro left or right wing but rather its based on facts and is quality reporting.
What I do care about really is 2 things.
Story has to be based on facts, a minister saying something doesnt make it fact.
Also ideally stories shouldnt be selectively picked based on agenda.
As I said in my first post I know other media is bad as well the UK media is bad as a whole but the bbc stands out because its viewed and trusted by so many. Ironically they are the hardest to contact.
I agree that newsnight is still half decent, although I dont rate panaroma much, dispatches puts panaroma to shame. Panaroma's problem is selective coverage as well.

I don't think that the BBC report things a minister says as fact. They'll report the fact that a minister has said something, not that it's a fact because a minister said it.
