Re: House fire kills 6 children
I wonder if they'll be going to the funeral?

Re: House fire kills 6 children
Held in custody till 18th June.
surely the kids funerals will be held before then. the question is will they be going?
if they want people to believe they didn't do it then they'd want to go, and will have to go.

No smoke without fire?
Sorry, but
Seriously though, scam to get rehoused that went wrong, does seem to be what a lot of people are thinking, though surely that would be manslaughter, not murder

I know it used to be the case, and think it still is, that they can downgrade charges, but not upgrade them. So if they are charged with murder, then they can be convicted of manslaughter, but not the other way around. So they tend to charge people with the most serious charges that they can possibly be guilty of.

Re: House fire kills 6 children
One of the biggest shames is there are six little kids there that will never get the chance to grow up.

Re: House fire kills 6 children
Bet they dont get a long sentance and instead will be out before most of those kids would have been 18 years old.

Re: House fire kills 6 children
Hope their sentences are extreme.
It'll be interesting to see what comes out about what really happened and why.

Re: House fire kills 6 children
I know it will be a legal thing but i just cannot believe they weren't tried for murder ,can you still get a life sentence for manslaughter ?
