How sickening. but what has annoyed me is the comments saying that it was God who saved him.
God did not watch and let it happen, and then make someone walk past and hear him crying in such horrid circumstances.
a real God wouldn't have let it happen in the first place

doesn't that defeat believing in God? We're not robots, we make out own choices then deal with the consequence. those who call for help from God most often get it. this is someone who made a choice to a dump a kid, theres people right now neglecting kids, abusing them etc. its choices people make who will then have to deal with them when the time comes.

Anyway I see it that whoever dumped the baby wanted it to die. they could have dumped it somewhere else where it wouldn't have to die.

not so much a test but I see why you say test. anyway everyones got common sense, these or this person is clearly a degenerate.
this happened in China so finding a safe place for the baby to be at peace is pretty hard, most would end up getting shipped someone for money.
