Why, Why do they get away with it

I refer to the item on www.sky.com about the Moroccan man who has scammed the Benefit system out of £338.000.

The guy is an asylum seeker who has 'done' the country like so many others do, by thinking they can come into this country and use it as a 'milk train', there motto is ' this is a great country and they give you money'.

The annoying thing is that how the hell do they get away with it, there is no way that this guy can pay it back, so put him on the next plane home and ban him for life about re-entry.

There are genuine people in the UK, that claim for benefit and get turned down, if anything needs a shake up, it is the system.
