The Heil is dredging new depths of hypocrisy I see.
They are also sailing pretty darned close to a libel action, running a photo of the society president under a banner headline about drunken Nazi singing and then noting in the picture caption that he wasn't involved.
Dodgy juxtaposition is one of the first things they teach you to look out for at hack farm.

They should have tried to do it in Germany and see what would have happened to them.

I never expect anything different from that comic.
How they make any money i don't know because you would think grownups have some common sense.

Sorry for the bump, but there's some new developments it seems a French prosecutor has opened an enquiry into the matter.

Re: tory Oxford hi jinx
Bit of an overreaction. Five years in jail as a maximum sentence? It's not clear cut racist abuse, it seems like a ill-judged and ignorant party.

Re: tory Oxford hi jinx
The thing about the readers of the Sun or the Daily Mail is they mostly don't read them. They get them for the horoscope, the crossword and other puzzles, special offers, competitions, the sports page, page 3,recipes,the TV schedules and whatever free gift is on offer.
So no, not every reader is affected unless they do actually bother to read the headlines or the rest of the news pages.

It depends on the charges. It may be ill-judged and ignorant, but it looks like the crime is specifically the wearing of a Nazi uniform. Best make sure you are aware of the local laws before throwing an ill-judged stag party abroad.

Under French law, it is a crime to wear uniforms, insignia or emblems linked to the Nazi regime, unless they are being used for a film, play or historical exhibition.
