This thread has wandered well off topic and is starting to get rather ugly and personal.
I am now closing it temporarily while I remove several pages of utter crap.
When it re-opens, off-topic, baiting and flaming posts are liable to attract severe slappage without further warning.

As I have had to go back THREE DAYS to find a post that has anything to do with the topic at hand I think we can safely assume the thread is well past its sell-by date. It will therefore be staying closed, permanently.
A plague on all your houses. Some of you *really* need to learn where to draw the line.
