Yikes, I find myself agreeing with an opinion piece by Nick Clegg.

If it can actually be done well makes far more sense than the traditional left wing approach to me. Thoughts?

Give him a few weeks. He'll backtrack and state the polar opposite once he's told to.

It sounds to me as if he is saying he believes in equality of opportunity. Wonder where I've heard that before.

He does like the word progressive doesn't he? Although it is one of those words that are non-party specific so quite handy for him at the moment.

Bit of a ramble but I do like the bit about poverty being more than just lack of money.
