Panic As Cruise Ship Battered By Storm
Video footage has emerged of passengers and furniture being thrown across the floor of a cruise liner as the ship was struck by stormy seas.
If I was on board I would be big time

Re: Panic As Cruise Ship Battered By Storm
Oh my goodness me. I don't know about a 20% discount on my next cruise, I don't think you would ever get me back on a ship again if I had been through that.
Too much like the for my liking.

Re: Panic As Cruise Ship Battered By Storm
As a 12 year old emigrating with my family to Oz in 1971, we hit a typhoon between Cape Town and Perth.
They actually stopped serving food in the restaurants during the worst of it because everything was flying about.
The ship was in dry dock in Fremantle for 3 days such was the damage.
Guess how many cruises I've been on since 1971.

Re: Panic As Cruise Ship Battered By Storm
During my experience one lady asked the Greek captain:
"Do ships of this size sink often?"
"Only once" he replied straight faced.

Re: Panic As Cruise Ship Battered By Storm
They could sell that cruise to adventure seekers.. Pad the ballroom walls with rubber, put everyone in slippy clothes then let them slip and slide everywhere
