Would be pretty awesome if there was a lot of rainfall that day.

According to Channel 4 the pastor applied for a bonfire permit, but had the application rejected

To the average American, free speech trumps *everything*, whatever the consequences.
In this country he'd probably be locked up for incitement.
btw. I believe he's already been refused a permit for his bonfire, but it isn't stopping him.

Re: Church Pastor to burn Quran on 9/11
Interesting... where exactly are these copies of the Qur'an coming from?
I mean are people going to go out and buy a copy JUST to burn it?
How sad is that.

Re: Church Pastor to burn Quran on 9/11
Religon causes so much aggro these days, and yet we all accept it, what we have to think about on that fateful, who caused the deaths of so many Americans on that day
The pastor is enciting violence, and should be dealt with, as other people will suffer, but when you think, America has been saying since this fateful day, that they will get him, and the person is still out there.

It's not religion that causes the aggro Arthur ,it's some people within a religion and their interpretations of that religion

Or, as Douglas Adams put it so succinctly
"People are a problem"

I think your all forgetting It was Bush and Blair who is responsible for all the deaths.
Just bring the toops home now send the Muslims back and then burn any Koran books left along with Bush and Blair and lets have the country we use to know.

Thanks for pointing that out for me. Inane --lacking significance, meaning, or point .
So your saying its not the fact that Bush and Blair took us into this war or rather invasion though their lies that has any thing to do with the troops being killed.
The fact is we are more at threat from terrorist Muslim groups in our own country now than abroad. So to the point if Muslims come to our country and don't want to be a British citizen under British laws then go back home.
And if thats an inane comment you better open your eyes because most of the people where I live have the same views, its just I'm not afraid to say it.

The fact we are in Afghanistan has nothing to do with lies and everything to do with nut jobs flying planes into buildings.

Many Brits died that day, including one I went to school with, guess they don't count.

Most Muslims here are home they are born and bred
