Clarkson certainly isn't my cup of char far from it, but why on earth are people getting offended by these rather innocuous remarks?

"Stop Press" Burhka clad woman wears stockings and g-string under cloak in height of summer"....shock, horror.

Besides anybody who tunes into Top Gear surely knows they are going to see a bunch of 40 to 60 year old men desperately trying to recapture their youth in front of an audience of twenty somethings, Clarkson and co are more embarrassing than offensive.

Its not new or unusual. When the demographics of legendary US "shock-jock" Howard Stern were analysed, it found more people who were against him tuned in than people who were in favour of him.

I'm offended that Gary L is offended because he's offended because others are offended.

What a non story, I don't this 'offended' thing, what is it exactly, just a word stating that you don't agree or something. Well I don't agree with a lot of things but that's ok, I can move on and accept things. It's just a shame that agreeing with something seems to be ignored and disagreeing is acted upon. Those that are offended, live with it, accept it and take it and keep it to yourself is all I can say.

Back to the original non-story, guys have no control over their eyes when a pretty lady walks past - they do it automatically. I don't get offended, I just fire a perverted look at the next sexy guy i see to even things up
