an expert says its "phenomenal"-- that's good enough for me

after 38 seconds a nearby cloud is mysteriously torn in two by a flying object travelling at speed.

strange coincidence they show up just as the iranians test a rocket capable of carrying nuclear weapons
or is the rocket test a read herring and the real weapon is capable of splitting clouds in half

He's a credible guy who is just as likely to debunk the alien theory as well as prove it if the evidence points him in the right direction.

Looking at the vid it would be really interesting to know what caused it as the effect is weird, but I'm more wondering if it's post processing on the video which is obviously released by the Iranian's and more than likely just an after effect of removing something classified from the film...
