Blair 'secretly advising Brown'
Ah, she has a book to sell too.
Quote:
Tony Blair is giving advice to Prime Minister Gordon Brown and has told him how to win the next election, Cherie Blair has said.
Her disclosure is made in an interview with the Times newspaper to coincide with its serialisation of her autobiography, Speaking for Myself.
In one extract from the book, she reveals how her husband suffered a crisis of confidence over the Iraq war.

Re: Blair 'secretly advising Brown'
Oh well that explains everything and just about sums Brown up ROFLMAO!
I mean Bliar gave Brown the mother of all hospital passes when he stood down so why wouldn't he try to finish the job by 'advising' Brown towards a premature end?.......
They deserve eachother !

Re: Blair 'secretly advising Brown'
I wonder if Blair is telling Gordo to smile more?
He's been doing a lot more of it lately, however the problem with such a dour scot like Gordo forcing a smile means he ends up looking like Jack Nickelson's The Joker.

One of his public image consultants told him to do that - to stop him seeming so serious all the time - obviously taking a leaf out of Boris' book

Prescott has said in his book, that Blair was scared of Brown. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/7394312.stm

Re: Blair 'secretly advising Brown'
Probably that the plotting and scheming that did for him in the end anyway would have started a lot sooner. I have found it incredible that a man like gordon brown can want something so badly do so much to get it and then so completely screw it up beyond all sense and reason.
