This isnt the case I was thinking about but something similar - although here the company said that the "white" applicant was willing to move to Wales

A friend actually experienced something similar. He applied for a job with a major building society through an agency. They were umming and arring, until the Agent pointed out that he was disabled (technically, he is, although you wouldn't know it to look at him). They jumped at the chance then..
As it turns out, it was an absolutely crap job, so he didn't really benefit that much.
