Retailers recall frozen mussels

Thousands of packets of frozen mussels have been recalled over fears they could cause food poisoning.
Retailers Aldi, Costco and Iceland have withdrawn the mussels, produced by Irish firm Bantry Bay Seafoods.

can stand the things myself ... but living in cleethorpes i know where the biggest mussels can be found, they grow on the effluent pipe that delivers sewage into the river humber they love the stuff [thats poo btw] and every year holiday makers can be found prying these tasty morsels off the poop pipe ,bon apetite .

I prefer shallotts, garlic and white wine with mine - Didnt think sweetcorn would be the best addition?

I would never buy frozen ones anyway??!!
