Hardly, I used to work with an indiginous caucasian who was a victim of a racist attack from some africans. The police treated it as such.
Even I've been on the recieving end of verbal racial abuse and I'm an indiginous caucasian too (course so were the thickos who called me a paki and a jungle bunny, but that just shows you the mentality of racists).
