Re: Stripper's weapon 'not offensive'
Another proud day for the Scottish justice system
It'll be the new standard defence for knives, batons etc. A stripper has absolutely no need for a 'proper' extendable baton.

Mr Kennedy went on trial at Aberdeen Sheriff Court accused of carrying two batons and a spray without lawful authority.

The spray was a water filled training one. The baton was one of the proper full-on "it'll really hurt if you get whacked with it" types.

No doubt if he had been found guilty he would have heard the judge utter " Take em down !"

A man who sparked a police alert as he made his way to a fancy dress party dressed as a serial killer hit out today at the "heavy-handed" response.

*Note to self*
Next time I'm going to a fancy dress party in London, *DO NOT* take the tube if dressed as a suicide bomber, or a Brazilian
