That cant be right as he offered up 5mill to keep him out of jail...and apparently that didnt even come to half of what he owed in taxes.

He failed to declare just over $43.5 million the sentence is actually quite lenient if you think about it.

Wow 3 years seems shocking with him being a hollywood star an all. Guess their making an example of him. Probably appeal and win - be out in 2 months lol or he could try the crying approach of the normal hollywood stars lol.
