There is a couple in Germany in the same situation, but they have 3 kids and are very much in love.
He's been in prison 3 times for incest, so they're going to get themselves sterilised as that way the state can't tell if they're sleeping together.
People also forget that 100 years or so ago, incest in the UK was rife, where if the mother died (say through childbirth), the eldest daughter normally took on the role of mother.
