More inspiration for terrorism than the Iraqi war

http://news.sky.com/skynews/article/...565050,00.html

And this guy isnt even in power yet. No matter wether his intentions were malicious or not if anyone in this country can entrust the country to someone like this who is supposed to be an educated man, then this country will simply get what it deserves. The tory party should now do the honourable thing and disband. Unfortunatkey most politicains know not what true honour really is.

To use the term crusade in such a way was imo deliberatly provoctive to cause maximum upset and gani maximum publicity. He cares not for anyone but his campaign, even if that is at the cost of life.

It may have been meant in the realm of an energised or vigorous campaign, however he must have known the word crusade is a sensetive word that he has directed that word straight at those who may want to blow civilians up, not only is the word a sensetive word to them in terms of military, its origin of which he must know being an educated man that to embark on a campaign which is suposed to be a peaceful campaign with the useage of a word that would also be religously insulting and associated with wars of past against those who this new campaign is directed. Mr Cameron also had this in the article "We can't bully people into feeling British, we have to inspire them."

Nope no bullying just a crusade. and also this

"He explained: "It's no use behaving like the proverbial English tourist abroad, shouting ever more loudly at the hapless foreigner who doesn't understand what's being said."

Which can be construed as an admitance that he has deliberatley used the term crusade, knowing full well the theres a huge possibility the foriegner will mis understand whats been said and believe the current tory leader wants a religous war against their culture.

This bloke is a complete ass, if this is the type of person we look forward to potentially running the country in the future, the uk electorate may as well un hang Sadam and pop him into # 10 for a few terms.

Re: More inspiration for terrorism than the Iraqi war

Wow!......

erm, he said the word crusade after he said it's no use behaving like....

So he must have been apologising in advance.
""It's no use behaving like the proverbial English tourist abroad, shouting ever more loudly at the hapless foreigner who doesn't understand what's being said.
"We can't bully people into feeling British, we have to inspire them.
"Inspiring as well as demanding loyalty from every citizen will require a new crusade for fairness.""
