I would make him collect it too, the cost of transporting a load of that weight won't be cheap and why should the guy in the article have to even try and move it? Maybe he should use the 1 and 2p's to ride the idiot bosses buses around town and see how the drivers enjoy the fruits of their bosses stupidity.

I heard of a guy who was paying a motoring offence fine in copper was told he could no longer pay it in pennies, so he agreed to pay it in silver, I would think that 5p pieces were more awkward than 1p pieces!
