Re: Irans nuclear warning

I hope not myself.

Although the USA could take it as one with there proud blind judgement, I hope this time Tony you get some common sense in your single brain cell which fights for dominance and don't get suckered into this one.

Re: Irans nuclear warning

It is worrying that they have gone and put their plant operational again and anything nuclear is something we have to keep a close eye on.
I dont think it will mean a war straight away but we have to make sure we keep control over what they are upto.

Re: Irans nuclear warning

The way the world is today and the fact we know just what damage a Nuclear disaster either bomb or explosion at a plant would cause is it right that any country should be able to process uranium into nuclear fuel and bombs?

Why not just rid the world of all Nuclear fuel and weapons or am i being incredibly naive..

Re: Irans nuclear warning

Suppose its only a matter of time before either the USA or Israel send in the big guns (bombs). They have at least 10 years to organise such a responce before Iran has the capability of making/using nuclear weapons from what I've read on the Beeb web site.

Unfortunately mate, yeah.

Nucelar fuel is just too promising, with too few effective alternatives on the horizon to just ban.

And nuclear weapons? No country will get rid of them, whilst another country has them, even allied. The UN could ban all nuclear weapons from all countries, but has been proven quite conclusively the UN is just a big, impotent, talking shop - so they will never rid this planet of nuclear weapons.

I mentioned this before in a simliar thread, but it seems to have got missed, which is a shame because I would like people's thoughts on it.

http://www.cableforum.co.uk/board/sh...5&postcount=56

What does everyone here think we, as a planet should do with Iran now they are in direct violation of UN law and are willfull blocking/dismantling the diplomacy approach?
