In all fairness OB, it does cause a lot of blokes to stop looking where they're going - might stop a lot of tripping accidents

I believe the EU parliament ran out of tea and were very bored one afternoon so decided to create some work for themselves.

I think this comment says it all! And yet the MEP's still cannot understand why people think the EU is a waste of time/money.

Another story to add to this list? http://europa.eu.int/comm/dgs/press_...s/index_en.htm

Remember its 'silly season' in the Press.

I actively do already... . I am blessed with more than ample cleavage, and I also work as a barmaid a couple of nights a week.

In fact, if this ridiculous suggestion comes in to affect me in anyway, I shall be exercising my 'human rights' to wear whatever I bloomin well want. Either that, or I'll claim compensation to buy some new roll neck sweaters - I think all the tops I have are at least a 'deep v' at least!

Notice that site doesn't mention "carrots are fruit"
But then, as the EU did actually decree it, it's not a false report in the press

Now that's useful. It's amazing how many of the stories featured blame the EU or claim that "Europe are going to do this/ ban that/ enforce the other" but which turn out to be simply personal opinions, consultations or simple fabrications.

It's easy to blame the EU.. The press tend to forget to mention the times when the law changes benefit us...
